Introduced in 1959, the 250 GT Berlinetta SWB (Short Wheelbase) shortened the chassis by 200 mm to 2,400 mm for superior cornering. It featured Pininfarina design, Scaglietti bodywork, and was the first Ferrari production road car fitted with disc brakes as standard.
